Getting
Over Your Ex With A Little Help From Your
Friends
Learn
The Exact Steps To Winning Back Your
Ex
Obviously the harsh reality of getting over
your ex is very tough. Its even tougher if you are
doing it all alone. After the breakup there can be a
little too much inner dialog between you and your brain.
It’s not unhealthy talking to yourself, but it is if you
are just obsessed over the break up. You need somebody
that you can vent with. That’s just one of the many great
things about having friends at a time such as
this.
You do need somebody to
console and support you, and tell you everything is going to be
ok. But even more importantly, you need friends to take your
mind off of the breakup. This is what’s crucial.
The distraction of going to
parties, the movies, or just hanging out and talking is a great
way to pass the time as you are in this transition phase in
your relationship.
Going at this alone, can be
quite demanding on your emotional state. So even if you don’t
feel like going out with your friends or just hanging
out with them, I urge you
to give it a try. As a matter of fact, I’m sure some of your
friends have been in the same exact situation that you are in
right now, and can provide you with some of the things that
helped them along the way.
Think of it this way. Would
you rather be at home by yourself, crying and moaning about
your heartache, with only yourself to listen to, or would you
rather have some people that you care about on your
side.
Talking to your friends also
lets you know what’s going on in their lives. You are in a very
inward looking place right now, and hearing about what other
people may be going through can put somethings in perspective
for you, and make you look at things more outwardly. You’ve
been so fixated on yourself and what you are going through and
you’re all consumed about how to win back your ex, you tend to
forget there are other people in this world, besides your
ex.
